Contact the number 0530808155 to request a return label. Attach the return label on the box properly. Deliver the shipment to the nearest Aramex branch. Wait until we receive the shipment and inspect the products. You will be contacted to provide your bank account details and the refund will be processed minus the return cost. The customer is kindly requested to: not use the products (only the first use as a trial), repackage the shipment well so that the damaged products' value is not deducted.
